LKS offers experience and expertise in the fields of Occupational Health and Safety compliance management and LKS has many years’ experience in the operational requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act as well as its Regulations mainly in the Construction Regulations.

 

The Construction Regulation compliance management services undertaken in our company include the following:

  • To compile a baseline risk assessments;

  • To develop health and safety specifications for client undertaken construction activities;

  • Evaluate principal contractors’ occupational health and safety plans;

  • Evaluate contractor’s to be appointed competence to execute the work to be appointed for and to ensure that the bidder has the necessary resources to comply with applicable safety requirements;

  • Undertake physical compliance assessments including identification of risks and areas of legal non-compliance substantiated by photographs, proposed risk mitigation measures;

  • Incident investigation with proposed risk mitigation measures to prevent similar incidents or minimise severity covering leading and lagging exposures;

  • Complaint assessments; and

  • Risk mitigation measures
